What a watch!
I have a friend who is totally bonkers about watches. She practically saves up every penny she has to gift herself new watches every year. And believe me, they are awesome!
First her watch fetish began with swatch and as she climbed the corporate ladder higher, she moved on to buying luxury watches.
So every time they come out with a new collection, they give her a call. Its almost like she lives for her watches. Her recent buys include a beautiful diamond encrusted Cartier watches which is totally exclusive. She gifted her boyfriend a Tagheuer last summer. He jokes around saying that he will have to propose to her with a watch and not a ring! She is known as the crazy watch woman. Others have shoe wardrobes, she has a watch wardrobe!
She even bought a Movado and plans to gift it to her brother. Sigh, she says they are an investment. I doubt this every much. Every time I hear her on the phone and if she sounds super excited…you got it! She might have bought herself a fancy watch! But well, it pays to have a friend like her as she is gifting me this really cute designer watch for my birthday! I can’t wait to get it!
